We support each other
We have fostered a company culture centred on value and respect, hard-work, and a unified drive to be the best at what we do. We are proud to be a tightly knit team from a diverse range of backgrounds where everyone is empowered to voice their ideas and contribute in their own way to the company’s success.
We celebrate our wins
We make time for each other both in and outside of working hours and love getting together to enjoy regular outings. Previous activities have included mini-golf, escape rooms and trips to Thorpe Park.
At Investoo we are always trying to give back to the community in whichever way we can. Take a look below to see some of the initiatives we have participated in.
Our employees had great fun participating in the Tough Mudder challenge with all proceeds going to the Optimizer Foundation – a charity which strives to provide health care and education for children across the globe.
Macmillian Cancer Support is renowned for its guidance, support and research to help those affected by cancer. Our coffee mornings to support the charity have always gone down a treat with the team!
Throughout the pandemic we ran numerous all-staff quizzes that resulted in donations to no less than 7 local, national and international charities. These include Action for Children, Women’s Aid and Hope 4 Havering.
